Old House - Love it or move

You will not survive the Main Line if you don't like old houses, or at least don't like spending money on fixing up your old house.

Lesson 1.
Buy your coffee at Saxby's, they have their own parking lot.

Which means
a) you will not be climbing around your car looking for a quarter, dime, nickel. Only to find a french fry, unpaid parking ticket, dry cleaning slip from 2007 or matchbox car.
b) you will get a note on your windshield from the lovely woman in refelctive garb. She might be doing her job, but it sucks
c) You will find peace
